[Question]:  Explanation of the Line-Lock

[Answer]:  Normally, the power supply (DC)the fluorescent lamp are in different phase (said internal sync).it makes the color of the image is changing continuouslyso it seems to be unstable. With Line-Lock function, the power input is ACthe design will make the power phase is keep the same as the fluorescent lamp (said external sync).so ,the color will not "rolling "and keep the image performance constant.
