How to Get the ENSTER XMEYE DVR and NVR Version Information?

There are four methods to check the version information of ENSTER NVR video recorder.

Ⅰ：

1. Download the device manager software from the download page of enster.com.

2. After opening the software, ensure that it is in the same local area network as the video recorder.

3. Find the IP address of the video recorder through IP search of the device manager.

4. View the version information.

Ⅱ：

1. Ensure that the video recorder is running normally.

2. Right-click to open the menu.

3. Select Advanced in the main menu.

4. Find the version information interface to view.

Ⅲ：

1. Install the vms software on a personal computer.

2. After starting it, open the home interface.

3. Configure and select the IP address of the video recorder.

4. View the version information.

Ⅳ：

1. Install the xmeyepro app on the mobile phone.

2. Ensure that the video recorder is connected to the Internet.

3. Add the video recorder to make it online.

4. Click Settings and find the version information option to view.
